Job Description

Provide administrative support to hotel partners and work closely with Contracting team to maintain long-term relationships with local hotel partners.
Database management: Ensure all hotel contents such as allotment, rates, promotions, terms & conditions,... are updated precisely and in a timely manner.
Coorperate with IT department to develop and maintain the stability of our online system and API connections
Agent relationship management: constantly communicate with agent partners during the process of developing and maintaining connections, ensuring the display of BedLinker's products across all channels.
Investigate and work with IT and Agents to fix errors.
Conduct trainings and give instructions on the system to partners and among BedLinker Team.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or higher majoring in Hospitality, Economics,...
At least 2 years working experience in similar position within hospitality or e-commerce operation (Online Travel Agency background is a plus
Detail oriented, self-driven, pro-active and get things done
Flexible and quickly adapt to the latest guidelines/changes on the policy and procedure
Strong skills of communication, working organization and problem-solving.
Excellent time-management.
Fluent in English written and verbally
