1. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Apply Inbound Marketing strategy in each stage to bring success to customers in using the company's products/services.
· Support Product Development Team to create good products that customers really want and need. Aggregate valuable customer feedbacks combined with customer data to proactively inform the product development team for improvements.
· Have strategy in Marketing to each group of potential customers of the company. Product sales positioning effectively.
· Ensure all services/products provided to customers with the value they expect from training and instruction.
· Actively approach customers from different channels: Email, Live Chat…
· Other duties from the manager.
1. REQUIREMENTS
· Graduated from University, College majoring in Information Technology, Information System, E-commerce, Business English, Marketing, Business Administration... and other related majors.
· At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, customer operations or any equivalent field (experience in technology/e-commerce is a plus) position).
· Proficient in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading Comprehension and Writing). Support for Foreign client.
· Fast learning, good self-study and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
· Good skills in analyzing and synthesizing information; Good logical thinking.
· Ability to observe, analyze to make decisions.
· Able to communicate well, take initiative in work.
· Ability to work independently and in a team.
· Good pressure resistance.
