Job Description
Customer support
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner of VIP Flexi center’s students.
- Ensure your students are happy when they make inquiries
- Responding to inquiries by assisting customers through phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Addressing customer grievances and concerns related to Flexi courses’ technical promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide solutions related to Flexi courses’ technical for customers
- Identifying and escalating issues that require additional attention.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolving any remaining issues.
- Staying up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures.
- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
- Inputting follow up comments related to students on Core Course Dashboard
- Sending updates related to the Flexi course technical requirements from Wall Street International.
Booking & Schedule Optimization
- Work closely with Coaches in other centers to book all classes and appointments for your assigned students if they buy Flexi Social club.
- Make sure the students attend classes by following country standard procedure
General Admin
- Receive, deliver and manage materials such as gifts, books, stock etc. at the center
- Order, receive and manage general purchases for the center such as refreshments, stationery etc.
- Timesheet checking and submit to C&B for Sales team in center.
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Building relationships based on trust with other functions
