We’re hiring for our Logistics Department — seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in pharmaceuticals and perishable cargo import/export procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Documentation: Prepare and submit customs documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure shipments meet customs and trade laws
Communication: Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and authorities
Duty & Tax Calculation: Verify duties, taxes, and fees
Problem Solving: Resolve customs holds, inspections, and documentation issues
Classification: Accurately classify goods with tariff codes
Record Keeping: Maintain organized customs records
Tech: Use customs clearance software for electronic submissions
Customer Service: Update clients on shipment status and address concerns
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry and regulation changes
Work Environment: Office-based with occasional field visits to ports, warehouses, and transport hubs. May require irregular hours for international shipments.
Job Requirement
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2–5 years in customs clearance or logistics
Skills: Knowledge of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, foodstuff, and general equipment import/export
Languages: Strong English & Vietnamese communication skills
Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in documentation is a must
Problem Solver: Quick thinker for resolving logistical challenges
