Collaborate with the technical team to collect and process data from various sources. Design and implement business reports to monitor and evaluate performance.
Assess the effectiveness of trade/marketing programs. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop reports/tools related to trade/marketing, enabling departments to execute strategies effectively.
Analyze and provide actionable business and market insights to support strategic decision-making by leadership teams.
Develop and propose predictive models and trend analyses to improve business performance.
Assist in validating and ensuring the accuracy of data.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or related fields in FMCG and Trade Marketing.
Preferably experienced in Trade/Marketing or as a Data Analyst in Trade/Marketing/DMS/Sales within FMCG.
Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data processing is a plus.
Knowledge of data modeling and predictive analysis.
Strong ability to handle large datasets and work with systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
