Summary

Job Description
1. Oversee data management projects from inception to completion
- Project planning, team coordination, monitoring progress
2. Ensure data quality and integrity across systems
- Implementing data validation processes, conducting data audits
3. Develop and implement data management strategies
- Strategic planning, policy development, stakeholder engagement
4. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
- Training sessions, promoting data analytics use, showcasing success stories
5. Lead and develop the data management team
- Recruitment, training, performance evaluation
Job Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specializing in data management and analytics, complemented by certifications in data science and big data technologies
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Excel in problem-solving, have a high level of adaptability, and possess a deep understanding of data management technologies and practices
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in data management. Freshers are acceptable
-Deep understanding of business processes and needs to tailor data management strategies that align with organizational goals. This ensures that data-driven insights effectively support both tactical and strategic decisions
- Excel in teamwork and collaboration, critical thinking, and effective communication. Adept at conflict resolution, time management, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages innovation and productivity
