SUMMARY:
Deployment Lead is accountable for deployment and scaling of digital products and use cases across the region. The Deployment Lead represents the voice of the Brewery and is responsible to ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders like e.g. Product Owners, Brewery Managers, TPM Region and Hubs in the region. Based on the knowledge and cooperation with breweries in the region, the Deployment Lead co-creates, inputs and helps prioritize different Product Backlogs providing the team with required information what needs to be delivered and in which order. The Deployment Lead ensures the deployments of products in the Breweries by engaging the Brewery stakeholders, local Digital Specialist, Global Connected Brewery Product Owners and Deployment Leads.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that Global Use Cases are developed and scaled according to the agreed with Product Owners & Region order and timeline.
• Works in collaboration with the end users within the Breweries, CoEs and Global Functions to establish horizontal (to the Region Breweries) scaling of the use cases and products support
• Decides the order in which content is delivered with input from the team
• Ensures pre-conditions for an engaging and empowering work environment so the team can work optimally
• Successful deployments of products / use cases at the Breweries
• Drive continuous usage and happiness of customer, continuous improvement of the use cases / solutions / process / internal changes
• Bachelor / Master degree
• Good understanding of Breweries and OpCos ways of working, daily tasks, pain points. Operational experience is good to have
• A good understanding of TPM and shop floor experience
• Inspiring leader with strong relationship skills (within HEINEKEN organization) to influence, support and drive priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
• Knows how to own leadership, people and stakeholder management skills
• An entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management
• Able to push back, but also able to pull when necessary
• Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders
• Experienced with PBI, Grafana, Power Platforms, Data Engineering
• Experience with Agile project management methodology
• Change management
• Strong use case match with business needs / High business value from delivered products and use cases
• Good understanding of processes, stakeholders’ needs (from shopfloor to SCD)
• Project/Portfolio management skills, communication and change management, stakeholder management
