With travel agents, discuss, agree on terms of the contract, and execute contract signing.
Set up and implement sales campaigns and agent-based sales communication.
To guarantee uniformity and effectiveness in sales, provide agents with training and assistance regarding product information, policies and procedures, and sales techniques.
Address and settle issues brought about by agents.
Manage payments based on the terms of each agent agreement.
Compile and preserve client information; keep an eye on the implementation process and assess its success.
Write articles promoting your brand and engage with readers.
Utilize travel agencies to oversee sales channels.
Compile reports in accordance with the demands of the job and the department head's or board of directors' instructions.
Carry out additional duties as designated by the Board of Directors or the Department Head.
Job Requirement
Male/Female/ Age: 30-45 years old
Graduated from University of Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, and Commerce
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position at 5-star hotels/resorts, preferably 5 stars international resorts.
