The Intern will support the Communications and Engagement team within the Human Resources department to promote the culture of DEIB within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related projects.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Creation and Communication (70%)
· Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, announcements, presentations, posters, etc. ensuring consistency brand guidelines, business communication standards, and creativity.
· Collaborate with team members to maintain and update internal communication channels, including the company intranet and other platforms (if any)
· Collaborate on creating multimedia content (videos, photos, graphics, presentations) for DEIB projects.
· Conduct research on best practices in internal communications and employee engagement, providing recommendations for improvement.
2. Organizational Engagement Support (30%)
· Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, meetings, and workshops.
· Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as events, surveys, and recognition programs.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Digital Art & Design, Professional Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
· Proven skills and experience in communications development and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other visual design tools). Your application must include a link to your portfolio.
· Proficient in written and spoken English.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently, excellent time management skills, work comfortably with a variety of stakeholders, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Available for full-time (Mon-Fri, in-office in Thu Duc City) internship & Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months (1 - 2 days off per week for school is acceptable
· Letter of Recommendation for Internship is a must.
