Job Description
Understand & keep studying the users’ journey on digital platforms.
Plan/ allocate, set up, monitor digital performance across digital platforms: social media (Meta, Tik Tok, Google, Youtube, out-of-app ads leads to Food App/ Ecom platforms,…), Web, SEO/ SEM, in-house app, email/ SMS MKT, location check-in, Google Analytics,…
Real-time report & optimization (by centralizing data & creating smart report template/ data studio,…).
Weekly/ monthly report or post-evaluation after every campaign (deeply digital performance vs. marketing/ business performance).
Proactively research & suggest online alternatives to enhance brand awareness/ audiences’ experience (develop web/ landing pages, in-house app,…)
Advise brand & communication team to create message/ image to be relevant with target audiences’ journey & platform’s standard on digital.
Support other departments working smartly by digital tools (auto reply, centralize communication channels for Customers Service team,…)

Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant.
02 - 03 years-experience in Digital Marketing (especially in performance, optimization, data tracking/ report,…).
