Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for various courses at VSHR Pro Academy, from ideation to implementation.
Content Creation: Design video and digital content, especially to promote courses, and services.
Social Media Marketing: Strategize and post content on social media channels that align with current trends and course offerings.
Video Production: Script, edit, and produce video content—strongly encouraged to have video editing skills.
SEO Optimization: Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines, including YouTube videos.
Market Research: Investigate current trends to create impactful course marketing campaigns.
Innovation: Come up with fresh, creative ideas to boost course visibility and engagement.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with fellow team members to streamline campaign execution.
Requirements
Passionate About Marketing: Have a genuine interest in campaign management and marketing for educational content.
Video Editing Experience: Highly encouraged to have experience with video production (editing, scripting) to create promotional content.
Creativity: Strong creative mindset for generating ideas and designing marketing campaigns.
Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively in a supportive and transparent team.
Club Participation: Involvement in student clubs (highly encouraged) to enhance collaboration and leadership skills.
