The Digital marketing manager is responsible for the digital marketing strategy and roll out of the company’s digital marketing activities to achieve set objectives. The DMM runs the day-to-day management of projects and tasks and ensures that they are completed successfully. The DMM manages social media campaigns, content calendars, maintain the company's website on his/her own or with the support of external partners. He/She is on top of measuring the effectiveness of various marketing activities and an integral part in corporate projects to develop the tech stack of the company continuously.
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
· Managing of the website (content, landing pages, analytics, tracking) and working closely with the digital marketing agency to monitor and improve its performance
· Management of the E-Mail marketing and the performance measuring of it
· Design, build and maintain our social media presence incl. the company content strategy
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
· Manage and collaborate with agencies and other digital partners
· Evaluate emerging technologies.
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing or related field.
· Can show designated certificates in areas of digital marketing expertise (f.e. web, SEA, Content, ..)
· Min. 04-05 years’ professional experience in a digital marketing manager role with a Proven success in developing and the execution of digital marketing activities
· Very good in experience in email-marketing (newsletter, campaigns, data management)
· Experience in the set up and management of SEA (and social Ads) with the necessary experience in keyword research/management for SEA and SEO.
· Deep knowledge of webpage design principles, UX, content management and most common digital marketing and performance monitoring software
· Experience and understanding of content production and publishing (photo, video)
· Having a tendency towards perfection and an affinity for luxury products
· Very good communication skills in English is a must
