Key Purpose of the Job: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee multiple brands within our group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to support sales objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical skills, optimization skills, commercial acumen, and background content marketing is a plus. Strategic prowess in navigating the digital landscape is essential, alongside innovative campaign management and proficiency in CRM management.
Key Areas of Responsibility: Digital Landscape Strategy
Collaborate with Marketing Managers of each brand to align marketing strategies.
Identify digital audiences matching for the brand’s targeted personas based on commercial plan.
Develop comprehensive lead generation strategies, campaign plans, and compelling ads content tailored to different personas and stages of the customer journey and leverage the digital landscape effectively to achieve brand objectives and drive results.
Lead the setup and optimization of digital marketing platforms and tools for new brands, ensuring they are optimized for maximum performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Digital Ads Implementation and Website Management
Lead the implementation of digital marketing strategies across digital ads platform (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, TikTok, LinkedIn, Web SEM, SEO, affiliate) aligning the targeting and segmentation of the campaign to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and optimize the conversion rates throughout marketing to sales funnel to maximize sales ROI.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating sources to channels and tactics that demonstrate the highest return on investment (ROI) for lead generation.
Work in close collaboration with content team to develop ads content to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences across digital channels.
Manage website performance and SEM/SEO optimization and social listening tools and take responsibility for improving brand visibility and ranking.
Instruct community management (inquires management) team with digital ads campaign for script optimization.
Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline lead nurturing processes and effectively move prospects through the sign-up funnel
Digital Performance Analysis and Reporting
Set clear performance metrics and regularly analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze the performance of the previous and current digital marketing campaigns, to forecast future trends in customer behavior, market demand, and campaign performance.
Analyze web ranking metric, monitor and improve Google search, reviews, map listing, web traffic.
Monitor community executives in driving digital leads, ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Evaluate the ROAS of digital marketing campaigns and create easy-to-understand data visualizations charts, and graphs in system dashboard.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance results, key insights, and action plans to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Prospects Data Security & Risk Management
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Assessing potential risks associated with data security breaches in digital marketing activities and implementing preventive measures.
Working closely with IT security teams to ensure that digital marketing platforms and tools are secure and compliant with data security standards.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness within CRM system and other relevant databases.
Leadership & stakeholder management
Team Leadership: Assign tasks & provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to the digital marketing team, ensuring workload capacity, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to achieve KPI and to support professional growth and development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing Manager of each Brands and cross-functional leaderships for effective collaboration. Proactively educate stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape.
External Communication – Coordinate with Global Account Managers and support team of the digital platform Facebook, TikTok, and Google for troubleshooting the issue in terms digital performance optimization improvement and platform new update and industry trend and report. Collaborate with our brand headquarter digital team for website performance support with best practice case study guidance.
Job Requirement
Proven track record of developing and managing multiple digital marketing campaigns across all digital marketing channels simultaneously.
SEM and SEO on-page, off page optimization and proficiency in web management.
Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management tools.
Experience with funnel management and marketing CRM management and how to employ digital marketing campaigns effectively to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
Knowledgeable and proficient in using research, measurement, and evaluation tools for Digital Marketing effectiveness.
Problem-solving skills and Multitasking Skills.
Ability to grasp and update creativity, market trends.
Presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in both internal and external company relationships to achieve the highest work efficiency.
Experience working with media partners, media agencies.
Proficiency in English (intermediate) & Vietnamese.
