1. Digital Asset Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of all digital assets, including website, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all digital channels.
- Regularly update content to keep it relevant and engaging for the audience.
2. Website Management:
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools, ensuring optimal user experience and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement new features and functionalities that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase traffic.
3. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
4. Digital Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor and optimise ad performance to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad content that resonates with the target audience.
5. Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Segment email lists based on customer behaviour and preferences to deliver personalised content.
- Analyse email campaign performance and implement strategies to improve open and click-through rates.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track the performance of digital campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve digital strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Proven experience in managing digital assets, including websites and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign performance.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
