Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.1. Develop and Implement Digital Advertising Campaigns:

• Plan and run ads on digital channels (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Update and optimize campaigns based on platform changes.
• Monitor ad performance and costs.

1.2. Create Advertising Content and Visuals:

• Develop and design ad content and visuals.
• Ensure content meets platform standards.

1.3. Manage Website and E-commerce Channels:

• Post products and manage promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor keyword ads and report performance.

1.4. Manage and Track Budget:

• Set and track ad budgets.
• Report on budget usage and effectiveness.

1.5. Other Duties:

• Analyze market and competitor activities.
• Support customers and address inquiries.
• Develop marketing processes and manage ad data.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.

Job Requirement

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with digital ad tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM).
• Strong skills in campaign planning and management.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting (preferable using basic Python to clean data, Google Data Analytics...)
• Content creation and design skills, or experience working with designers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and channels.
• Good project management and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving abilities, time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adaptation.
