The purpose of a Digital Marketing Supervisor is to develop and execute digital marketing plans; and work closely with the Marketing, relevant departments, and vendors/ partners to contribute significantly to achieving brand objectives (online sales, brand awareness, market share, and customer base).

Develop and manage the execution of short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital partnerships to increase brand awareness, and online sales (from E-Commerce platforms including Web, App, Mini App, etc.) and expand the customer base for the brand.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across sales channels (Web, App, Mini App, etc.) and digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor, analyze & report performance metrics across sales channels (Web, App, Mini App, etc.), and digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, etc.), and use insights to refine action plans & strategies for better performance.
Supervise and mentor the Digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure alignment with brand objectives and direction.
Collaborate with the Communications team to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and videos.
Work cross-functionally with other teams (Trade, Communications) to optimize the customer journey.
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior insights.
Manage the quality and consistency of data capture across all customer touchpoints, including the website, Call Center, stores, and all media activities.
Collaborate with IT team & vendor to build up CRM system and ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
Assist the Marketing Manager in other tasks
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, at least 2 years at leader/ supervisor level.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing online sales channels (Web, App, Mini App, etc.) and digital platforms (Google, Meta, Zalo, TikTok, etc.).
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.).
Experience with CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Able to work under high pressure.
Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Proactive, result-driven, good time management and hard-working.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external partners.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a plus.
