Job Description

1. Strategic Planning and Analysis

· Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities for new programs, and strategic B2C and B2B partnerships.

· Strategic Framework Development: Develop a strategic planning framework with SMART objectives aligned with the university's mission.

· Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for strategic initiatives to support the university's growth goals.

2. Public Communications and Relations

· Communications Strategy: Develop a communications strategy using multiple channels to enhance the university's reputation.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage systematically with alumni, donors, industry partners, and governmental bodies.

· Crisis Management: Create a crisis communication plan for rapid response and stakeholder management. Scope of work

3. Governmental and International Engagements

· Policy Advocacy: Liaise with government agencies to advocate for supportive policies.

· International Collaboration: Develop international partnerships for exchanges and research.

· Global Representation: Represent the university at international forums to enhance its global standing.

4. Business Development and Partnerships

· B2B Strategy: Implement a B2B strategy to create partnerships for research collaborations and student opportunities.

· Partnership Management: Manage and evaluate the success of partnerships with regular reviews.

· Innovation Ecosystems: Link academic research with industry needs to support startups and technology transfer.

5. Strategic Leadership and Advisory

· Operational Strategy Development: Develop an operational strategy focusing on efficiency and innovation.

· Presidential Advisory: Advise the President on strategic decisions and institutional challenges.

· Change Management: Lead change management initiatives for operational improvements

Job Requirement

·       Graduated from College or higher

·       At least 3 years experiences in similar or related positions.
