1. Work at Supply Chain Management Department:
Team Management & Leadership
- Exemplifies Company’s Standards of Business Conduct and Company’s Values through all decisions and actions.
- Leads, works with the Supply Chain team & Marketing team, OPS, Chefs and others Dept. and ensures alignment around Business and Team goals.
- Coaches and builds a strong Supply Chain team and leverages the strength of each team member via smart and effective work plans / KPIs and via engagement activities
- Balances individual and team workloads to maximize and accelerate progress versus pre-aligned priorities
- Develops strategies, policies, procedures and overall team to optimize value of the entire function.
Supply Chain Management
Ø Safety, Quality, & Regulatory Compliance
- Formulates and executes Food Safety and Quality Strategy for Company.
- Consistently safe and quality food, packaging, and non-food / non-packaging items & services are supplied to all Company’s restaurants chain.
- Company’s product standards and process requirements relating to Food Safety, Quality, and Procurement at both supplier/CK facilities and all Company’s restaurants are met.
- Manages Food Safety & Quality risks including but not limited to keeping abreast of regulatory developments and managing emerging issues.
Ø Procurement management
- Formulates and executes the Strategic Sourcing Strategy for Company.
- Plans and executes regular strategic sourcing reviews to ensure low cost /best value supply at all times.
- Strategic sourcing reviews to include industry scans /assessments technology / innovation trends, competitor checks, suppliers’ business strategies, and plans.
- Understands and uses commodity movements and trends to the advantage of Company.
- Understands general cost structure of food, packaging, and non-food / non-packaging items & services to enable cost optimization discussions
- Cost forecasting and action planning to offset any forecasted unfavorable impact.
Ø Planning, Warehousing and Logistics management
- Planning, organizing and Controlling of Warehouse’ over- all operations.
- Co-operate with Marketing. Chefs, Operation,… to provide accurate planning (forecast) and analysis
- Risk analysis to supply chain issue and provide solution to mitigate the risks
- Managing primary transportation issues: timing, cost & efficiency management, quality, insurance….
- Improving all warehouse and restaurant operations according to company’s objectives.
- Translates operating forecasts into material requirements plans and thereby determines standard stock and re-order levels with Department Heads and Management
- Identifies and organizes adequate storage for all perpetual inventory items and implements corporate policy, products and initiatives in order to maximize cost effectiveness
- Performs any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Partners Relationship Management
- Manages the business relationships with suppliers and other partners covering the following key expectations geared toward Supplier Self-Managed Excellence.
- Fully understands all the business of Company and Supply Chain Plan To Win and communicate to key partners (including other departments and suppliers) to ensure full alignment at all levels
2. Work with other departments:
- Helps build strong relationships and foster teamwork among functions, suppliers, and other Dept. head via regular business reviews
- Provides support to initiatives of other functions within Company (i.e. Marketing, Development, Operations,) to achieve maximum business performance.
3. Other tasks:
Perform other duties as assigned by Board of Directors.
1. Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, Foreign trade, or a relevant field.
2. Working Experience: At least 3 years diversified and progressive work experience in procurement, order fulfillment, logistics, food safety/quality assurance, menu management/development, and supply chain systems...
1. Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
2. Language Skill: Good in English (speaking, writing and listening).
3. Other Specific Requirements:
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation skills.
- Excellent analysis, risk management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within the deadline and prioritize effectively, while delivering high-quality work.
- Solution oriented with a high sense of ownership, quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience working in F&B industry is a plus.
- Follow deadline, integrity, disciplined, willing to learn and can do attitude.
