As an HR Manager, you’ll be the heart of our people – focused initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in building the foundation of our HR systems and culture. You’ll be a key player in shaping our vibrant work environment and ensuring our team members thrive. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire HR Department, ensuring that our employees are happy, healthy and productive. You will work closely with senior management to implement and execute HR strategies, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
1. Build and Lead:
Establish and lead our HR Department.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, recruiting, training and developing employees, evaluating employee performance, resolving HR issues and advising the management on HR matters.
2. Strategic Consulting:
Collaborate with BOD to provide strategic advice on talent recruitment, talent development and corporate culture building.
Partner with Senior Management to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for all positions within the organisation
Provide counsel to management on employee relations issues and recommend appropriate resolution strategies
3. People Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for all new hires, including training and orientation
Implement training and development programs to nurture our talent and ensure their growth
4. Culture Cultivation:
Create a vibrant and positive work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation and productivity. Be and advocate to our core values.
Create and implement systems to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction
5. Efficiency Improvement:
Manage employee performance review process and ensure that all employees receive fair and objective feedback
Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and employee engagement. Develop systems that streamline HR processes
6. Data – Driven Insights:
Utilise data analysis to drive HR decisions. Ensure that all HR strategies are based on data rather than intuition
7. Champion Change:
Drive change management initiatives when necessary, fostering a growth mindset with the organisation
