Assessment and Determination of Abnormal Raw Materials: Participate in the assessment of abnormal raw materials and reach a determination conclusion.
Communication of Customer Complaint Information: Follow up on handling product quality issues related to customers in the division, respond to overseas customer complaint emails, and communicate with clients.
Feedback and Traceability of Quality Complaint Issues: Analyze and output complaint forms to the quality management department regarding quality issues from complaints, trace quality improvement plans, and ensure the implementation of improvement plans.
Quality Control Process and Planning Development: Develop quality control processes for the governed modules and quality work planning.
On-Site Inspection and Output of Quality Improvement Reports: Inspect the quality status of product production on-site, promptly communicate and improve any identified quality issues, and output improvement reports.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above
From 2 years of quality management experience in manufacturing as a specialist
Fluent in English (from Upper intermediate) & Chinese basic communication
Familiarity with knowledge related to home products and quality management.
