Job Description

• Commercial Plan

- Develop commercial and assortment plans to ensure the right products are listed and promoted across platforms

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design trade schemes and promotions that align with market trends and business objectives.

- Regularly review assortment strategies to meet consumer demand and maximize sales.

- Plan and manage deals, flash sales, and other time-sensitive promotions to increase customer acquisition and retention. Track and report the performance of these campaigns to optimize future engagement.

- Manage the effectiveness of promotional schemes, ensuring alignment with budget constraints and maximizing ROI.

• Platform Engagement

- Work closely with key stakeholders to create joint business plans, packaging strategies, and marketing investment solutions.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and e-commerce strategies.

• Stock Plan & Management:

- Develop stock plans in line with promotional activities, ensuring sufficient inventory during peak times.

- Coordinate internal stock management, ensuring accurate tracking and replenishment.

- Work with logistics and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

• Project Management

- Building performance of new-onboarding platform.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in e-commerce operations and implement solutions through structured project management methodologies.

- Manage the launch of new initiatives such as platform enhancements, promotional campaigns, or new product listings, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather insights, and apply learnings to future initiatives.

• Report & Business Review:

- Prepare detailed reports on e-commerce performance, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.

- Conduct regular business reviews with management to provide insights and strategies for improvement.

• Other tasks following line manager’s request

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
