Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
· Develop and implement a data-driven e-commerce and live stream strategy aligned with ThaiTuan Group Vietnam's overall business goals.
· Identify and implement best practices in e-commerce merchandising, marketing, andfulfillment.
· Oversee the management and optimization of our e-commerce platform.
· Manage and develop the live stream team, setting content themes, goals, and performancemetrics.
· Stay informed about emerging e-commerce trends and live stream technologies,recommending and implementing effective solutions.
· Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality andtraffic acquisition.
· Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve websiteperformance.
Team Management:
· Lead and mentor a team of E-commerce Specialists and Live Stream Specialists at ThaiTuan Group Vietnam.
· Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
· Recruit, hire, and train talented individuals to join the team.
· Delegate tasks and ensure the team meets departmental goals.
Performance Analysis:
· Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates andemail marketing and social media
· Track and analyze e-commerce and live stream performance metrics (sales, conversion rates,engagement).
· Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance across bothplatforms.
· Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Job Requirement
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of success.
· Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
· Experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced online retail environment.
· Deep understanding of live stream marketing principles and best practices.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with e-commerce analytics tools.
· Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media,display and affiliate channels.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Passion for fashion retail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
· Ability to think strategically and translate plans into actionable tactics.
