Job Description
1.Sales channel management and development.
- Building Strategy: Building a strategy to develop sales channels on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair to optimize sales and market share.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective business strategies.
- Product Category Management: Orienting appropriate product categories, controlling quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2 Advertising and Promotion campaign management.
- Developing Promotions: Develop and implement promotions, sales, and marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales.
3.Optimize operational efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Establish strategies to optimize sales performance, from order processing to inventory management and customer care.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets for business and marketing activities on e-commerce platforms.
4.Business performance reporting and analysis.
- Periodic Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on business performance, including sales, profits, and other KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Use data to analyze implemented strategies and make recommendations for improvements effectively.
- Build and update appropriate strategies for sales channels: Implement strategies/plans to maintain good performance and manage the team to achieve sales KPIs.
5.Product development
- Product Lifecycle Planning and Management: From idea, design, and development, to deployment on e-commerce platforms.
- Determine Product Requirements and Features: Coordinate with the technical team to develop the product according to the roadmap.
- Build FOB Target for the product: From the basic requirements of the product when entering the market and calculating the actual PnL, negotiate with the supplier to have the appropriate FOB level for the sales channel.
6.Internal coordination and work operations
- Working Internally: Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure consistency in business activities.
- Business Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring the smoothness and efficiency of the entire process from ordering to delivery.
- Some other jobs: Carry out other tasks or projects assigned by the department head/block director.
7.Building partnerships
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers to improve business efficiency.
- Negotiation and Cooperation: Negotiate with trading floors about cooperation programs and promotions.
8.Other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree of in economics, business administrator or related majors.
- At least 2 year of experience experience.
- Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills.
- Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English (4 skills).
- Insight: Knowledge of the furniture, and home decor industry is preferred.
- Logistics and Operations Insight: Knowledge of Logistics and Operations is preferred.
