To manage and drive the whole process from planning to execution of Annual/ Quarterly/ Monthly plan for Tiktok Channel, in line with the business direction and strategies.
To deliver the agreed Sales Target for Tiktok, whilst maintaining the Brand Image & Standards
Organize the provision of administrative support to resolve day to day issues, including customer complaints and ensure smooth and uninterrupted Tiktok operations.
Areas of Responsibility
Build the comprehensive sale and marketing framework and best practices to address all clients’ needs on Tiktok to deliver the assigned sale budget.
Coordinate to function departments (MKT, Merchandise, etc) to ensure the daily operation excellence on platform.
Be guardian of brand guidelines, images & contents following Principle standards
Coordinate with sale team to produce Tiktok videos to drive the consideration and convert on Tiktok
Be guardian of brand guidelines, images & contents in all channels
In charged of the execution of all activities related to Tiktok
Negotiate with Tiktok team to call the best support
Provide supports (where needed) to the Digital team and Online team to help achieve the sales target
Lead the process of new product launching on Tiktok to meet the consumer journey and capture shopping moments
Well-manage the assigned budget to ensure the cost efficiency
Keep abreast of the latest trend in the market with respect to the Product/ platform Trends and Brand standards.

Job Requirement
Relevant Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Tiktok, Ecommerce or related field.
Min. 1 year in Beauty/ Fashion/ Lifestyle management will be a strong plus
Hands-on experience in planning and execution.
Strong knowledge in Tiktok, digital ads, especially sales conversion ads
Good relationship, understanding & consumer behaviors with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment communities.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Good command of English (communication, presentation, writing) and Vietnamese
An interest in fashion/ beauty/ lifestyle and out-of-box thinking, result-oriented mindset
Relationship building skills to better understand, communicate, and bond with consumers & other stakeholders
Collaboration and presentation skills to work with design, brand, merchandising and operations teams
