Electrical & Automation Lead (Vung Tau Brewery)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

   • Lead a maintenance team of Electrical & Automation (E&A) Specialists and Technicians.
   • Act as trainer/mentor for the team, focusing on safety, quality, and first-time-right execution.
   • Oversee performance evaluations and technical development.

2. Maintenance Management:

   • Plan, execute, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
   • Manage asset master data and utilize CMMS for workflow and inventory control.
   • Reduce breakdowns and implement condition-based and predictive maintenance.

3. Process Optimization:

   • Monitor and improve asset performance (uptime, reliability).
   • Optimize spare parts management, calibration processes, and maintenance routines.
   • Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Cybersecurity & Digital Tools:

   • Ensure compliance with Heineken’s cybersecurity standards.
   • Implement digital solutions to improve process visibility and real-time decision-making.

5. Coordination:

   • Act as the main contact for operations, planning, and procurement teams.
   • Align with Packaging and Brewing teams to meet operational needs.
   • Serve as the primary interface with local IT and cybersecurity organizations.

6. Cost & CAPEX Management:

   • Monitor maintenance costs and execute CAPEX projects.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a technical/operational environment.
• Expertise in maintenance planning, workflow management, and team leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of automation, electrical systems, and cybersecurity.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
