A. JOB PURPOSE:
- Provide services to employees and organize company event, for engagement purpose and the most favourable working environment.
B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Service for expats (20%)
- Arrange legal documents for expat such as work permit, residence card, visa …
- Arrange accommodation within budget.
- Arrange transportation.
2. Company event (30%)
- Execute Company events with good result and feedback.
- Company team building trip, Family Day, year-end party, Christmas Activities, Women’s Day …
- Seminars & health activities related to health care plan.
3. Office facility & people service management (20%)
- Plan and execute office improvement initiatives.
- Manage service of booking air – ticket, hotel, visa, Work Permit, Residence card for employees & expats.
- Plan and control the admin cost in HR budget
4. Service contract management (20%)
- Source qualified suppliers & manage the contract & operations of below services:
- Source suitable housing for expats & positions required & proceed procedures related to housing rental
- Source qualified suppliers & manage service of booking air – ticket, hotel, visa, Work Permit, Residence card for employees & expats.
- Source rental service for car, manage the quality of cars & drivers to assign the right service for the right need.
C. EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Service on time
- Gain 80% of satisfaction & above
- Ensure proper facility
- Source the suitable suppliers with good service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University or colleague graduate
EXPERIENCES:
- 3 - 5 years’ working experience in administration in multi-national companies
- Proven experience in organizing company events (Year-end party, Company Outing, …) & expatriates service (visa, work permit, residence card)
COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Good customer services
- Team spirit
- Proficiency in MS Office
LANGUAGES:
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication skills
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
