Employer Branding Executiveis responsible for the development and execution of strategies related to building ACFC & VFBS’s employer brand with the aim of making it an employer of choice across all industries and is expected to drive the country recruitment strategy work closely with Talent Acquisition function in attracting, sourcing, assessing, selecting and onboarding top talents for the organization and to ensure that each business unit and function of the organization has the right talent in the right position, and is always aligned with the organization’s business goals, talent strategy and policies:
Implement Employer Branding plan according to defined EVP, support Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees for ACFC & VFBS.
Develop a digital roadmap that enables ACFC & VFBS to increase its brand awareness as an employer across targeted platforms.
Work with relevant stakeholders to create innovative, aspirational, and relevant content for our target audiences on different platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
Build up employer branding guidelines for employee-related activities, both internally and externally. Encourage internals to be the brand ambassador engaging in EB activities.
Implementing partnership events, programs, and activities with partner organizations by coordinating with internal talents, building up inspiring stories from the internals to spread out the corporate values and make impacts on the youth.
Other tasks assigned by Managers.
Additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
Job Requirement
A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
1-2 years working as EB, another related background is considerable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese; particularly communication ability with multi-background stakeholders;
A creative writer, careful and thorough editor, and proofreader, you will need to convey large amounts of information quickly and concisely to diverse audiences.
You will need to see a bigger picture behind every story and be able to translate it to relevant and engaging content for multi-stakeholders.
Be open and innovative, yet critical regarding learning and developing methods and approaches;
Strong passion for developing people and high intention in supporting others;
Resilient through challenges.
