1. Job Overview:
- As an Engagement & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the HR office, driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, employee communications and leading various HR projects to support organizational goals.
2. Responsibilities:
a. HR Admin Office:
- Overseeing and coordinating administrative activities to ensure efficient operations across all departments.
- You will play a vital role in managing office procedures and implementing policies and systems to support the organization's objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow related to HR matters.
b. Employee Communications and Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to address issues and implement solutions that contribute to a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication and resolution of concerns.
c. HR Projects:
- Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the HR function and implement appropriate solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives such as talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity & inclusion.
d. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor staffs, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR administration, employee engagement, and project management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
