The Academic Department plays a pivotal role in achieving this mission by offering teachers professional development, providing information and resources, and fostering a professional learning community for K-12 teachers and school leaders.

EQuest is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join our innovative team with information below:

Responsibilities:

  • Building and updating financial model or M&A or new school projects.
  • Collect and analyze business and financial data of the target business in M&A or the business that owns/invests in educational rental real estate.
  • Conduct research reports, evaluate potential/target markets; analyze competitors, and understand supply and demand factors in the industry to provide accurate forecasts and investment recommendations. Data collection, processing, and analysis skills are essential to create detailed and clear reports that support strategic decisions.
  • Develop cooperation/investment structures and evaluate financial performance of investment project.
  • Building business valuation models for M&A/investment purposes.
  • Research and analyze legal documents of businesses or projects.
  • Prepare documents of M&A transaction/cooperation transaction open new schools including: cooperation agreement, transfer contract, shareholders’ agreement...
  • Support/participate in price and cooperation structure negotiations to implement M&A transactions/open new schools.
  • Participate in bidding projects, M&A, business cooperation projects….
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager and leaders…
  • Complete all tasks assigned by the line manager and leaders.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Graduate from university in the Economics/Finance or related majors.
  • Priority will be given to candidates who have completed the CFA.
  • Have at least 3 years – experience in a similar position.
  • Good understanding of Architect/Construction.
  • Be enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous, and observant.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, logical thinking.
  • Capable of making aesthetically & effective presentation products.
  • Ability to work with high intensity.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, good time management.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office skills.
