Job description:

C&B

  • In charge of implementation: Timekeeping, salary calculation, welfare regime, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax.

  • Monitoring deadlines, drafting and signing Labor Contracts.

  • Working with state agencies: Insurance, tax, Department/Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Immigration Department.

  • Receive and transmit information on administrative documents, keep and arrange personnel records, and documents.

  • Complete the necessary documents and documents from HO HCM/HN.

Recruitment

  • In charge of recruiting all positions from the assigned units.

  • Negotiate remuneration, working conditions with successful candidates.

  • Manage, store and update employee information records.

  • Implement and supervise the implementation of the recruitment process, for foreign workers: participate in interviews (if necessary). Work with partners to carry out immigration procedures and work permits.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the field of general human resources.

  • Have good office computer skills.

  • Have good English (Have good communication).

  • Update and familiar with Vietnam Labor Law, understand the procedures for working registration for foreigners in Vietnam.

  • Careful and progressive spirit.

  • Have good project management and implementation skills.
