Resolve tenant inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Support and advise tenants for the after sales services such as transfer of utilities contract, compliance with laws and regulations of the government and industrial park developers, fire safety regulations, licensing application, labor force, tax and other value-added services, etc.
Co-ordinate with Facilities Management team on handover and takeover of the leased units to ensure compliance with BWID Fit-out Guidelines and quality of the leased units
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth business operation and to satisfy tenants in daily operation
Maintain close communication with leasing team to address daily needs, special requests from the tenants and leasing issues
Maintain respective documentation of tenant-related documents, handover/ takeover minutes and other communication with tenants
Frequently conduct site visit if needed in daily operations
Perform other related duties as requested
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
3 to 5-year of experience in Customer Service
Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin is a MUST
Good in English communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skill
Well organization & time management
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Mature, patient, attentive, detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive
