- Supports daily administrative operations and translation for QM Department:
- Translation from Vietnamese to English and vice versa for department members, directly interpret Vietnamese/English when department members work with partners, managers, and foreign experts.
- Draft, synthesize and translate reports, documents, instructions and procedures in Vietnamese and translate to English.
- Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, record and summarize meeting contents for department director and managers, ensuring department work progresses go smoothly.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, hotel and restaurant reservations, etc., for QM department
- Manage and provide office supplies for QM office (water, stationery, essential supplies...)
- Support arranging events (tour/dinner...) for department
- Make payment/clearing expense, prepare monthly reports related to administration tasks - Perform other tasks as requested by direct manager
Job Requirement
Education College and above. Major in English/Chinese, Business, or other related subjects Experience At least 3 years of experience in the position of Secretary/Assistant/Receptionist or similar position Knowledge Excellent English communication and written skills (Work with expats) and Chinese is an advantage.
Excellent report writing skills: summarizing and updating information, editing, translating. Good communication skills, be able to effectively communicate and cooperate internally with leaders and employees as well as externally with vendors, suppliers, and other departments’ colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
**Working location: Q1/2024 work at Binh Duong and will relocate to SHTP - Dist. 9 in Q2/2024. We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong, Dong Nai
