Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct administrative support to the Executive team, including Violet, during her maternity leave.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
• Prepare, format, and analyze reports and presentations using Excel and other office tools.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English, maintaining professionalism in all correspondence.
• Assist with organizing events, preparing meeting agendas, and taking detailed minutes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
