The Expert/Senior Expert in Operational Service Quality Improvement will be responsible for enhancing our operational processes, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of quality management models and process improvement methodologies.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Operational Process Improvement
- Lead and manage operational process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement. - Utilize quality management models and process improvement methodologies to drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvement initiatives. - Provide training and support to other function teams on quality improvement practices. - Prepare and present reports on quality improvement activities and outcomes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
Job Requirement
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. - Proven experience in operational process improvement, risk management, and compliance. - Strong critical thinking, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - In-depth knowledge of quality management models and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). - Stakeholder management - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
