Manage and ensure smooth development, sample management, fabric order, order fulfilment that align and meet or even exceed the expectation of customers and achieve sales and revenue’s bottom line results
Uphold service quality to maintain client satisfaction
Partner with various parties in resolving any issues arising from sales, merchandising, materials, production, quality, and deliver
2. Development and Sample Management & Materials Arrangement
Work and manage closely with internal teams and customers for all sorts of product development
Understand the customer requirement on sample and ensure a smooth sample approval process to ensure on-time production
Work hand-in-hand with team to ensure the product quality and on-time delivery of fabric for fulfilling the order requirement
3. Team Management and People Development
Manage and drive the team to provide excellent services to the customers and ensure order fulfillment
Regularly evaluate and assess the team’s capabilities, technical skills, attitude, knowledge in standard procedures and policies, and provide guidance to them for improvement, enhancing the overall standard of the team
Internal coordinate with R&D to production team to ensure core program migration on track from development to production
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/ Fashion & Textile/ related disciplines
Experience: Circa 8 years' of solid experience with strong track-record in dealing with customers individually
Language: Business level written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge and skills: Solid experience and understanding in fabric analysis & costing; Proven track-record in leading small team to drive business development and sales activity
