·Research, analyze & create menswear tailoring designing trends and key shapes, fabric trends, color forecasting, market insights, and competitive analysis within the contemporary fashion industry in Vietnam.
·Sourcing fabric & trims following trends and appropriate with target price.
·Oversee comprehensive fabric and trim research, managing effective communication with vendors to ensure optimal sourcing.
·Enhance and refine sketches and line sheets to meet design objectives and uphold high standards. ·Organize and supervise the preparation of presentation materials in accordance with the ideas of customers of each sales team or directly participate with Brand Manager in meetings with customers to introduce the design if required.
·Monitor and manage sample request charts, ensuring the timely shipping and delivery of samples. ·Contribute to the editing of relevant prints when necessary.
·Demonstrate a sense of urgency in managing requests, meeting deadlines, and efficiently handling workloads.
·Initiate and update charts and developmental processes relevant to the department.
·Organize, supervise detailed design, Design Specification Sheet and adjust according to customer's requirements.
·Cultivate a strong eye for trend imagery, research, and color forecasting, aligned with a contemporary design aesthetic.
·Show a keen interest in the Menswear market and its trends, aligning them with the brand's design philosophy.
·Facilitate communication with other teams regarding product development, prototypes, and sample creation.
·Coordinate the ordering and returning of samples as required.
·Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in Vietnam market menswear field.
·Knowledge of fashion trends, market and garment production.
·Illustrator sketching skill & Photoshop skill.
·Office utility software’s skill.
·Good at English – 4 skills.
·Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
