Job Description

I. Fixed
- Classify, list, create asset codes and tools, monitor fluctuations of FA, tools
- Recording for increase and decrease in assets, tools and tracking
- Summarize the costs of forming the assets and breakdown the source to increase that asset
- Prepare asset cards, save photocopies of asset formation documents and documents related to the resourse of rising fixex asset
II. Account payable
- Checking the validity of documents and record into the system.
- Monitor and compare account payables.
- Handle and follow when have any problem about account payable
- Updating all information about approved payment request documents into data file.
- Systematic and complete storage of all e-invoices from suppliers
- Others task according to leader request
III. Costing
- Check weekly work orders every week and other necessary times then inform to related Dept. to recheck work order issue list
- Check, calculate the ratio of expenses allocation from indirect to direct parts
- Set the price of finished products, semi-finished products when have arising Run end-of-month allocations and control, monitor and reconcile balances
- Labor cost recording and reconcile monthly with TB.
- The sense of standard cost.
IIII. Others (if any)
- Update related data statistical report
- Summary and follow detail data about the welfare.
- Provide relevant data for tax and audit.
- Save work order approval, BOM, receipt voucher, payment voucher by cash
- Checking the validity of documents: invoice, contract, PO…followed Bank & Tax request and record into the system.
- Systematic FA documents and complete storage of all e-invoices from suppliers
