Financial Analyst

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for production and operations.
• Analyze financial data, providing variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support management in strategic decision-making by delivering financial insights and recommendations.
• Assist in financial modeling for Make-or-Buy decisions and investment planning.

2. Cost Control & Production Monitoring

• Monitor and analyze production expenses, including raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Track cost trends, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
• Provide detailed profitability calculations, deviation analyses, and special evaluations.
• Ensure financial discipline in procurement and operational planning.

3. Internal Controls & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate governance policies.

4. Reporting & Data Management

• Generate and present financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Design and implement reporting structures within SAP S/4HANA to enhance visibility into production costs, inventory levels, and efficiency metrics.
• Utilize SAP software to track and manage production-related data, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence (BI) reports to support data-driven decision-making.

5. Business Support & Special Projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
• Assist in pricing strategies, cost analysis, and investment evaluations.
• Participate in projects and special topics related to controlling, optimizing financial performance within production.

·       Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CMA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.[Requirement 2]

·       2-5 years experience in financial controlling, preferably in manufacturing.

·       Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Excel, and BI tools.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
