The cashier is responsible for managing monetary funds, bills, securities, etc., including cash and bank reconciliation, check management, daily reimbursement, invoice management, data collection, etc.
Specific responsibilities include (not limit to):
1. Fund Management: Responsible for the daily settlement business of the bank, coordinating monthly income and expenditure plans, registering fund journals, and handling bank related matters such as pre loan and post loan matters.
2. Invoice management: Daily invoice management, including procurement, changes, invoicing and other matters, tax code optimization, input invoice authentication, electronic invoice matters.
3. Data collection: Collection and management of collection data, accounts payable data, etc. are classified and managed according to the needs of each department.
4. Employee reimbursement: Daily collection and review of reimbursement matters by employees.
5. Business finance integration: providing financial support for the business, including collecting and updating business data, and providing financial data.
6. Data management: Financial file management, including invoice management, financial data binding and archiving.
1. Language: Fluent Chinese Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing, Fluent English is also preferred
2. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, holding an accounting job certificate
3. Other Requirements:
a) Adhere to principles, be loyal to duties, be honest and serve the public, and possess the professional ethics and qualities of a financial personnel
b) Familiar with relevant national laws, regulations, taxation, financial and accounting systems
c) Master the professional knowledge of finance and accounting, as well as the knowledge of computerized accounting
d) Proficient in using office automation software
e) Responsible, diligent, meticulous, and patient in work
