A. Cost and pricing management (60%)
- Establish and oversee cost calculation methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyse cost structures, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimization measures.
- Assist in enhancing / creating pricing strategies for products/services to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Develop and guide costing accountants.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure continuous skill development through training programs.
B. Budget management, forecasting and analysis (30%)
- Develop annual budgets and monitor adherence throughout the year.
- Analyse budget variances, identify causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Build financial forecasting models (cash flow, profitability, revenue) for short-term and long-term planning.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, profitability, and costs to support decision-making.
- Evaluate financial metrics, identify trends and risks, and propose improvement actions.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial analysis reports for leadership.
C. Support to Leadership (10%)
- Provide financial information and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in developing long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Provide solutions to optimize financial resources, allocate capital, and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Analyse financial risks and propose preventive measures.
- Contribute to special projects such as mergers, acquisitions, or corporate restructuring.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, or equivalent).
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
- Direct experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and cost analysis is required.
