Job Description

• Manage overall activities related to Forwarding/Logistics operations.
• Develop and manage human resources, assigning and arranging working personnel.
• Coordinate with the human resources director to develop training plans and adjust personnel according to the company's goals.
• Directly resolve and report issues related to customers and partners.
• Work with departments within the company to receive and process information/issues.
• Establish and propose implementation of policies and regimes to maintain the company's culture and vision.
