Furniture Sourcing Manager

Details:

• Manage and oversee all sourcing and purchasing activities
• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers for wood, boards, fabrics, leather, PVC, and outsourcing...
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure competitive terms
• Review costing and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency; conduct market price research for benchmarking
• Coordinate with suppliers and outsource factories to monitor production orders and schedule adherence
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and outsource factories, assessing their capability and capacity with the Technical team
• Continuously improve sourcing processes to optimize costs and ensure operational efficiency

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement in furniture industry
• Strong understanding of material markets (wood, fabric, PVC, etc.) and production processes.
• Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Working time: Mon - Fri (7:30 - 16:30)
