Financial Reporting:
● Lead the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
● Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records, including sales, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
● Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Coordinate and support the annual audit process.
Team Management:
● Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, including assigning tasks, providing training and development, and conducting performance reviews.
● Monitor team productivity and ensure deadlines are met.
● Resolve team conflicts and disputes.
Accounting Operations:
● Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
● Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws.
● Review and approve journal entries and other accounting transactions.
● Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.
Other Responsibilities:
● Lead the preparation for the implementation of an ERP system (Business Central 365)
● Support accounting processes for new platforms and brands.
● Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
● Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
● Can start working as soon as possible
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
● CPA or other relevant professional certification preferred.
● Have experience to work in ERP system such as Business Central is a plus.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
