Main Responsibilities:
Oversee and review the work of accounting team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of account reconciliations, adhering to company standards.
Post monthly journal entries, including payroll, accruals, and other key financial transactions.
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports to support business performance tracking.
Manage shareholder information and handle the processing of dividend distributions.
Supervise accounting operations for high-volume transactions, including inventory management, cost of goods sold (COGS), and sales revenue within the Lifestyle industry.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple outlets.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of operational accounting experience, ideally within the Lifestyle, nightlife, F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with specific expertise in handling Lifestyle, F&B financial operations, such as:
Inventory management accounting.
Cost control and reporting for F&B operations.
Knowledge of revenue tracking for multi-location outlets.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Leadership abilities with a focus on team management and meeting deadlines.
Technical Expertise for the F&B Industry:
Experience with Lifestyle, F&B-specific accounting software
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to the Lifestyle, F&B industry, such as VAT, service charges, and payroll.
