General accounting

Job Description

- Perform Accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, ensure all economic transactions are recorded fully and on time into Accounting system.

- Daily checking & posting all inventory transactions in to ERP System;

- Manage inventory data under Customs regulations, verify inventory differences between internal system and Customs system;

- Checking all accounting documents to ensure compliance with tax regulation and related laws;

- Maintain internal control system related to payment processes, review payment documents before submitting for approval;

- Preparing weekly cash flow reports, debt reports, following liabilities and payment plans.

- Check the general reconciliation, balance between detailed and general accounting data.

- Support Chief Accountant in Tax audit and annual financial audit;

- Perform tasks related to month-end closing, budgeting/forecasting, and monthly forecast analysis reporting;

- Participate in periodic inventory counting;

- Filing all accounting documents scientifically and properly.

- Others tasks assigned by Manager;

Job Requirement

University degree in accounting and related fields
Experience working with ERP software is an advantage
Good at Excel and in English (Reading & Writing)
Good at teamworking and possess problem solving skill
Be able to supervise and support other colleagues
Age: 25-35
Local person is preferable.
