General Affairs cum Employee Engagement Staff

Job Description

GENERAL AFFAIRS:

• Prepare and manage working conditions and necessary working tools for the employees.
• Control facilities and equipment in company.
• Provide and control meals.
• Prepare and control the transportation
• Make yearly expense plan for related activities of section.
• Control the receiving and distributing both internal documents and external documents (fax, letters, documents...)
• Manage and buy stationaries.
• Receptionist and telephone jobs.
• Translate documents from Vietnamese to English.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:

• Organize internal events: yearly party, 8/3, 20/10, employees' birthday, GSV's birthday, and other small parties.
• Organize GSV's family holiday, vacation trip.
• Manage the creation and publication of internal company magazines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

• Graduated from University majoring in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in General Affairs, Employee Engagement, PR, or Employer Branding.
• A good command of English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
