- Build volume and revenue in Modern Trade by selling in Sales Development objectives and Initiatives establish during the AOP. Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage and ensure all assigned accounts comply with SPVB performance standards and commitments.
Responsibilities:
1. Grow volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts - Develop and keep updated an account plan to the SPVB standard (ASAP) - Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired - Call on all wiring assignments as planned - Develop account specific standards for merchandising range, promotions, pricing and equipment - Develop, sell, and execute CDAs with identified customers. - Monitor MT Budget.
2. Execute plans with assigned customers - Call on each customer per customer wiring plan - Communicate standards and customer commitment to the field - Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis - Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy with field locations - Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary - Get customer feedback-direct phone-MT.
3. Identify & Win New Business - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets - Work with field locations to exploit new business opportunities - Co-ordinate and acquire new business - Align the system to call on new accounts & outlet
Job Requirement
- University graduation in any disciplines
- Experience of account management and Promotion planning - Communication, Presentation skill. - High ownership
- Fluent English for communication and writing
- Competent MS Office
