Job Description
· Key Responsibilities:
Set up, supervise and control the preventive and routine maintenance to ensure that machineries are in good condition
Set up proper maintenance and control of documentation concerning mechanical and related issues
Supervise & execute routine activities of maintenance team
Plan & execute preventive maintenance plan & check sheet
Perform & support team for troubleshooting
Ensure that the machines work safely and all related aspects are in line with company standards as well as legal requirements and regulations
Coach and train related technicians and operators in preventive and routine maintenance activities and machinery operations
Create procedure/ work instruction for maintenance activities
Participate in the routine operation meeting to provide information and historical data and propose necessary actions
Provide data to set up yearly maintenance budget
Responsible for maintenance for all machinery, equipment and buildings in line with required standards
Collect data & report weekly for: Weekly plan, Breakdown, store, spare part, maintenance plan…
Execute improvement activities in factory
Propose & manage spare part in factory
Comply with company rules, requirements, regulations on health, security, safety & environment according to factory standards and ISO systems of the company
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree or College Degree
Preferable: Degree in Engineering, Sciences
At least 2 year of experience at same position in food manufacturing environment/
English is basic level
Computer skill: MS. Office, AutoCAD
Knowledge on production planning, manufacturing and maintenance
Experience with HSE, food safety standards
