- Perform duties assigned by Quantity Surveying Team Leader.
- Undertaking costs analysis for design and project work, including undertaking value engineering where required under the direct supervision of the Team Leader.
- Undertaking feasibility studies based upon the client requirements for review by the Team Leader.
- Performing risk and value management and cost control for design and project work.
- Follow the quantity surveying rules and procedures.
- Any other duties as required by the team leader.

- Basic knowledge of softwares for commercial purposes.

- Basic time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hours and ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Intermediate written and spoken communication skills with a minimum basic understanding of English.
