Responsible for formulating strategic legal plans from the perspective of the group's overall strategy, considering the legal needs of different business sectors (such as e-commerce platforms, recruitment platforms, MCN, etc.), and allocating legal resources reasonably to key strategic areas.
Timely completion of various business registrations and annual inspections of all types of permits, and formulation of board resolutions.
2. Contract Management and Review:
Review contracts signed with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, etc., to ensure legal terms are reasonable and lawful, and to avoid potential risks.
3. International Trade and Data Compliance:
Ensure cross-border import and export activities comply with local regulations, and keep track of local market tax and policy changes in a timely manner.
4. Dispute and Conflict Resolution:
Participate in the resolution of commercial disputes and consumer complaints, and cooperate with lawyers for legal proceedings when necessary.
5. Internal Control and Risk Management:
Design and improve the company's internal control system to ensure compliance in the operations of all departments and reduce operational risks.
Regularly review business processes, identify potential risks, and propose suggestions for improvement.
6. Policy Research and Risk Assessment:
Continuously monitor changes in local regulations, platform policies, and market environments to ensure timely business adjustments.
7. Employee Training and Legal Support:
Provide training on compliance, intellectual property rights, data privacy, and internal controls to raise employees' awareness of legal risks.
Offer legal advice and support to various business departments to ensure the company's operations are compliant and efficient.
8. External Cooperation and Communication:
Responsible for cooperation with external institutions and maintaining communication with judicial authorities and government departments.
9. Strategic Legal Cooperation:
As the Group's Legal Director, closely collaborates with multiple departments, especially during the product development phase, working with the R&D department to ensure the new product development process complies with intellectual property laws and regulations, and assists in applying for patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property protections.
Job Requirement
Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor's degree or above in law or related fields.
Work Experience: Over 10 years of relevant legal work experience, with experience in building a compliance system from scratch.
Professional Skills: Possess good legal negotiation skills and social connections, strong legal logical thinking ability, and the capacity to analyze, handle, adapt to, and resolve legal issues.
Risk Management: Have keen insight into risks, capable of identifying various potential legal risks faced by the group, including contract risks, intellectual property risks, compliance risks, litigation risks, etc. For example, when reviewing significant contracts, not only focus on the legality of the contract terms but also consider potential legal risks during the performance of the contract, such as force majeure, breach of contract by the other party, and other situations.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
